of property in Riverhead, NY. After 7 building projects, the church had over 13,000
sq. feet of space available for the work of the ministry. For the next 15 years under
their leadership, this spirit-filled work brought the reality of the Kingdom of God
into the lives of hundreds of people. During that time Pastor Frank was involved in
the founding of three other Living Waters Churches in the NY& NJ areas and in
mentoring other Pastors not directly connected to LWFGC. Pastor Phyllis headed
up ministry teams that went to Africa, Rumania and Poland preaching and
teaching the Kingdom of God to the multitudes. In October 1991 the pastorate was
turned over to their son, George. In 1992 they launched out to the Upstate New
York area where Pastor Phyllis established Power and Dominion Ministries Bible

In 1976 Frank Dupree & his wife, Phyllis, were sent to the East End of Long Island, New York. They came
with an Apostolic / Propetic anointing that brought a "breakthrough" Holy Ghost Church to that spiritually
barren area. Living Water Full Gospel Church started in their home, moved to a store-front, and in 1980
finally settled on 4 acres

School while Pastor Frank ministered at churches throughout the New York & New Jersey areas
representing Power & Dominion Ministries. They returned to the Riverhead area in 1997. Pastor Frank is
still available to minister at local churches bringing over 30 years of public ministry and the anointing of
